How do I know the qualification of tutors?

Tutors have to go through verification of certificates of proof of education level before being matched with a student.
How are you going to match tutors and tutees?

Matching will be done according to student's needs and tutors expertise, age and same gender tutoring if possible.
I don't feel comfortable sharing my personal information.

Please note that we will keep all the information confidential. We would require at least an email or mobile number to be able to contact you for the latest information.
How do you conduct quality checks?

A feedback form will be sent to student/parent and tutor to conduct quality checks on the lesson.
How do you ensure safety of tutees & tutors?

Both tutees and tutors will be briefed about Code of Conduct before starting the programme. Should we find out that any party exploit/broke the rule, we will terminate them from this programme effective immediately.
I would like to donate my used laptop. How do I do it?

Due to the rising cases in community, we have temporarily halted the donation of electronic devices to ensure the safety of our students and volunteers. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and will resume the donation once the situation gets better. Interested donors may still email us and we will notify them when we resume the donation.
